Published to mark the fiftieth anniversary of decimalisation this 320 page hardback book was joint publication with Spink. Mark Stocker tells the story of how Britain adopted a decimal currency, detailing the planning and design stages in the lead up to February 1971.

In addition to the illustrated books we have produced a number of other publications for the Museum including a catalogue of the Banks’ library, exhibition booklets and annual reviews.
